Returns
All arrangements for returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No material will be accepted for return if it has been modified. 15% restock fee will be applied once material is returned. If an item remains with a balance due, due to shipping charges, longer than 48 hours unpaid we will restock the item with a 15% restock fee.
Products Out of Stock
If for any reason a purchased item is not in stock, we will replace it with a better item for the same price.
UPS Shipping
We use UPS for all shipments in the lower 48, due to the nature of our product, it is difficult for shipping to be figured accurately. The store cannot predict whether or not a piece will be cut, the final dimensions, if purchased with other items or if we have to use 1/4 plywood to protect the edges.

Size permitting, we use the postal service to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally, the postal service is good for most small orders, you can visit their site to see their shipping guidelines for where you live.
