You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
• American Express
• Money Order/Cashiers Check
You can also phone in your credit card information by choosing "Other" on the order form. If you pay with a credit card your card will not be run real-time but rather once we've had a chance to review your order by hand.
- All sales are billed in US dollars.
- You are purchasing your product on a secure website and no credit card information is stored in house.
- We keep your information private and do not share your personal information with anyone.
All arrangements for returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No material will be accepted for return if it has been modified. 15% restock fee will be applied once material is returned.
Products Out of Stock
If for any reason a purchased item is not in stock, we will replace it with a better item for the same price.
Notes on ShippingUPS Shipping
We use UPS for all shipments in the lower 48, due to the nature of our product, it is difficult for shipping to be figured accurately. The store cannot predict whether or not a piece will be cut, the final dimensions, if purchased with other items or if we have to use 1/4 plywood to protect the edges.
Here are the guidelines we follow with UPS:
Large Package Surcharge: Commercial 95.00/Resi 115.00
Longest side plus (2 x height + 2 x width) exceeds 130 inches
Longest side exceeds 96”.
Overmax Surcharge: $850
Actual weight more than 150lbs or longest side exceeds 165” length and girth
More than 70lbs 23.00
More than 30” long: 14.25
Size permitting, we use the postal service to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally, the postal service is good for most small orders, you can visit their site to see their shipping guidelines for where you live.
We charge a $12.50 handling fee to all shipped orders to cover packaging materials and labor.
Larger orders we have a few options to call and get quotes from, we will find the most suitable shipping method for your order.
